The PI12010 is a dedicated chip for silicon photonics control. It offers high integration, low power consumption, data monitoring, and optimized control capabilities.

The product includes multiple channels of VDACs, IDACs, TIAs, and ADCs to support various voltage and current ranges. The chip features an internal 2.5V reference

voltage and offers communication interfaces such as SPI and I2C.

The PI12010 is packaged in a 3.5mm x 3.5mm WLCSP and operates in a temperature range of -40°C to +105°C.
